Bible translation licensing

Licensing for Scripture memory.

Versed is an iOS-first app that helps people save, organize, practice, and master Scripture through calm guided exercises. We are seeking permission for additional Bible translations with clear attribution, display limits, and usage controls.

How Versed uses Scripture

Focused practice, not a full Bible reader replacement.

Scripture text appears only where it supports memorization: browsing, saving, collection study, practice stages, review, and completion moments.

01

Browse and save

Users browse or search for a verse or passage, then save it to a collection for focused practice.

02

Practice stages

Exercises include tap reveal, word bank, fill blank, first-letter recall, type out, and spoken review.

03

Attribution visible

Translation abbreviations appear near references, with provider notes available in Scripture sources.

04

Controls supported

Display, caching, offline, export, sharing, and gating rules can be implemented by translation.
